My deep wish is to help you find inner peace with all your experiences and feelings – whatever wounds you may be carrying – and to gently remind you of your own unique power and how to access it.
Reiki is a gentle practice with its roots in Japanese tradition. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word Rei – which means "universal" – and Ki – which means "life energy."
Reiki is not a religion. It is a practice that invites us to live in greater harmony with ourselves and others. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system, recommended practicing these simple ethical ideals:
Just for today, I will not worry.
Just for today, I will not be angry.
Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
Just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings.
Just for today, I will be kind to my neighbour and every living thing.
For me, Reiki is a wonderful tool for self-awareness and inner balance. It is a way to connect with yourself – gently, without pressure, and at your own pace.
In my sessions, I guide you to practice Reiki for yourself – with me as your practice partner. You are the one who becomes active. You place your hands, you find your own rhythm, you discover what feels right for you.
This is not about "healing" as a cure. It is about creating space – for rest, for clarity, for reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.
Many people describe that regular practice helps them to:
Healing, in the true sense, often begins on the mental, emotional, or spiritual level – and it is always a personal journey. I am here to walk beside you – with loving awareness and gentle presence – as you find your own way.
This offer is for educational and self-practice purposes only. Participants are guided in exploring Reiki techniques for themselves or with a practice partner. This does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Please consult a licensed medical professional for any health concerns.
With loving awareness,
Nathalie
