Being present 

I deeply believe that all healing is self-healing. I may hold the space and the frequency for you to attune to and I may serve as a reflection of your abilities.

My Reiki and Conscious touch is a meditative practice. As a giver I use very soft, moving, sensitive deep energy pressures, rocking the whole body, focusing on the energy lines, tapping, clearing, transforming blockages, pain and tensions. It is like a wave of loving kindness running through your whole body. 

I love this quote from Nikola Tesla it explains everything:

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” 

The energy of Reiki is channeled and is giving you the feelling of pure bliss. As we are all unique beings we can experience the session diffently. It helps if you are fully open to receive.

I am clairsentience and highly empathic. I learned Reiki and various massage techniques later I became a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner and a Reiki Master, organized healing circles and visited the Arthur Findlay College to be more aligned with the spirit world.

I focus on working with my own higher self and my guides, filtering all energies and guidance through my heart.
